Rainbows for All Children:The Rainbows for All Children curriculum is designed to provide support and healing. All of the Rainbows for All Children curriculum is to be used in its entirety and not combined with other programs. Workbooks are used for the participant’s personal chronicles of their experience in Rainbows for All Children.These may include:

  • Families experiencing death, divorce, or other situations;
  • stepfamilies and blended families;
  • foster homes;
  • families coping with the grave illness of a parent or of the child enrolled;
  • families in which a parent is incarcerated;
  • families in which one parent has never been a part of the child’s life due to abandonment; adoptive homes;
  • families headed by grandparents or other relatives or caregivers;
  • military families;
  • children whose families have experienced abuse or violence, or other painful transitions
  • parents who never married

Parent SupportRCCA is supporting an initiative that will allow our parents to work with us to secure our building and hallways. The plan is to get parent volunteers to help with making RCCA a safe place to learn and grow. Below is the link to volunteer on our "Parent Patrol".

Finally, encourage your scholar(s) to attend every class, every period. Remember, missing/cutting 1 class will equal 1/2 day of attendance. Missing/cutting 2 or more classes will result in a full day unexcused absence. Finally, students must stay in classes until the bell rings. RCCA would like for you to have a conversation with your scholar(s) and remind them of our policies around this issue.

Thanks
