Virtual Report Card Pick Up
Dear Clemente Students, Family, and Staff,
|
We thank you for your patience as we’ve planned our first virtual Report Card Conference. We understand how uncertain these times are and we wanted to provide our students and families with an opportunity to speak with teachers and staff regarding current grades and next steps. Please review this memo, as it will have directions, logistics, and resources to engage in our Virtual Report Card Conferences.

Virtual Report Card Conference Dates and Times
|
- April 23rd is our official Report Card Conference Day. You will be able to schedule virtual conferences with your student’s teachers and administrators from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- After April 23rd, you may request a conference during your child’s teacher’s office hours. To see teacher office hours, click here.

Virtual Report Card Conference Directions:

If you would like to schedule a 10-15 min. Virtual Google Meet conference:
|
- Click on an available appointment slot and type your student’s name in the “Description” box. You will receive an email confirmation with a link for the Video conference as well as a phone number that you can call in if you are unable to join with a computer.
- At that time and date, join the Google Meet by clicking on the calendar link. Make sure the PARENT \ ADULT is logged in with THEIR Gmail, not the students for confidentiality reasons.

Le agradecemos su paciencia ya que hemos planeado nuestra primera conferencias virtuales de tarjeta de calificaciones. Entendemos cuán inciertos son estos tiempos y queríamos brindarles a nuestros estudiantes y familias la oportunidad de hablar con los maestros y el personal sobre las calificaciones actuales y los próximos pasos. Revise este memorando, ya que tendrá instrucciones, logística y recursos para participar en nuestras conferencias virtuales.

Tarjeta virtual de calificaciones Fechas y horarios de las conferencias
|
- El 23 de abril es nuestro día oficial de la conferencias de calificaciones. Podrá programar conferencias virtuales con los maestros y administradores de su estudiante de 10 a.m. a 2 p.m.
- Después del 23 de abril, puede solicitar una conferencia durante las horas de oficina del maestro de su hijo/hija. Para ver las horas de oficina del maestro, haga clic aquí.
Direcciones para conferencias sobre las tarjetas virtuales de calificaciones

- Haga clic en un espacio disponible para citas y escriba el nombre de su estudiante en el cuadro “Descripción".
- En ese momento y fecha, únase a Google Meet haciendo clic en el enlace del calendario.
