This week in our Culinary Arts classes the students used their front of the house knowledge to cater serve at this year's Chef Table. The Chef’s Table is a benefit benefiting the Illinois Restaurant Association. Educational Foundation. The students got to serve their food to chefs from all over Illinois. After serving their dish they also got the chance to network and try other chefs' dishes. They really enjoyed being able to meet new people and try new things.
