The boy’s baseball team welcomes you to another season of Wildcat Baseball.
This year’s team is one of the youngest teams in years. We will be featuring five sophomores and five juniors along with four seniors. Anchoring our pitching staff will be senior Neftali Reyes. Neftali is entering his forth year in our program. We are looking for him to have a breakout year on the mound. Defensively, our infield will see new faces at various positions, which will make our team exciting to watch.
Anthony Velazquez will be protecting the middle of the field at shortstop with senior Anthony Berdecia at second base. Currently there is a battle brewing for the starting spots at catcher, first, third base and right field. Our outfield will be protected by two of the best defensive outfielders in Trevon Mattox and Braulio Vasquez. These two young men have been working hard under the tutelage of Coach Robert Berdecia.
As we prepare for our first game at home against Whitney Young, we ask that you please come out and support the team this season. LET’S GO WILDCATS!!!!!!!!
