A group of our junior students were asked to participate in the Women Everywhere Courthouse Tour this past week. These women were given the opportunity to hear from professionals in the field and observe court proceedings firsthand. In addition to observing court proceedings, they also spoke with a panel including judges, advocates, parole officers, clerks, and sheriffs. Our students represented us well; they were enthusiastic and interested in gaining exposure to the law and legal field while asking insightful and relevant questions of the amazing hosts and volunteers.
